PFM Integration - Operator Users

Operators using PFM as their scheduling software can activate the integration with FlightBridge

The PFM to FlightBridge integration allows schedulers to consolidate ancillary services such as hotel and rental car bookings, catering and ground transportation, as well as notify the FBOs of arrivals/departures through FlightBridge from within the PFM account.  The two way integration allows users to electronically book services with minimal data entry and the confirmation details flow back to PFM to be viewed on the trip sheet.

In order to activate the integration, contact FlightBridge Support to provide the activation code to PFM. You will be notified when this is complete.

Begin by sending the trips you wish to book services on from PFM to FlightBridge.  Each trip will need to be sent to FlightBridge initially to launch the 2-way integration and subsequently, all changes in PFM and FlightBridge will automatically flow each way.

  1. Create your trip in PFM

  2. Link the legs together with the trip ID - Right click on an empty trip ID, select leg, trip or all below accordingly to apply the ID to as many legs as desired.

  3. Right click on the Trip ID and select Send to FlightBridge or Send & Launch FlightBridge to activate the initial data push.

  4. If you launch by right clicking the Trip ID on the Weekly Calendar view, the split screen view will automatically launch to show FlightBridge and PFM side by side.

  5. Book your services in FlightBridge and the confirmation details will automatically sync back to PFM.  The notes will be stored in PFM and will be viewable on your trip sheet.  Select Print, Trip Sheet, Click the FlightBridge tab and check Include FlightBridge Sheet or Include FlightBridge Leg Summary in Notes to view the confirmation details on your trip sheet.
