The Schedaero / FlightBridge integration allows trip info to auto-populate from Schedaero into FlightBridge. Booking confirmation details on services booked within FlightBridge will then auto-populate back into Schedaero. You and your team will no longer need to cut and paste data between systems which means fewer errors and increased efficiency.
In order to activate the Schedaero / FlightBridge integration please follow the steps below.
Alert: An Operator code is required and will be provided to the client by a FlightBridge Support team member. If the code has been provided to you, the configuration within the FlightBridge account has already been completed.
- Once you receive the Operator code, open Schedaero.
- Proceed to Company > Settings > Integrations page.
- Once this is selected, new fields will be exposed, one of which is the Operator Code.
- Once a valid Operator Code has been entered, the page can be saved. The company's scheduled trips should sync in real time, and the Last Trip Sync time will be displayed.
Trip Data Passed from Schedaero to FlightBridge
After the Integration has been successfully enabled, all current and future trips should sync automatically from Schedaero to FlightBridge. Changes to these trips in Schedaero will also sync across to the FlightBridge.
Logistics data: FBO vendor will be the only Logistics info we are passing to FlightBridge. This will be sent if the fields are populated in Schedaero.
Crew/PAX: The Crew and PAX names, basic contact information, and the unique IDs will be passed with with every trip that syncs.
FlightBridge Deep Link
Users can navigate to FlightBridge from Schedaero by clicking on the deep link found within Detail for trip → the Logistics tab → expand a leg. A new tab will open the link and upon redirect, they will be required to authenticate in FlightBridge.
Please note: Schedaero trips that have services booked through FB will overwrite the notes stored at the logistics level
