The All Locations Reservation Schedule is available to assist Multi-Airport FBOs/Handlers with access to one centralized schedule that reflects all airport locations reservations. All Locations users are able to create new reservations and bookings for each of their Multi-Airport locations on one combined schedule.
Alert: The ability to view the All Locations Reservation Schedule is only accessible by FBO Users with permissions set as "allow access to all airports". This setting can be turned on by Users with Admin permissions → User Logins - FBO Users

Access All Locations by going to Setup > Switch Location
Note: Switch location screen contains a listing of individual Airport locations for a user to select to access a specific airport schedule.

In this view, select All Locations to access the Multi-Airport centralized schedule.
Once within the All Locations Reservation Schedule, users will see a combined view of each of their Multi-Airport locations existing reservations. Reservations will display the associated airport identifier for each reservation accordingly.
All Locations will be listed in the upper right-hand corner as well as the Schedule name being labeled accordingly for users to clearly identify they are working within the All Locations Schedule screen.

Click into any existing airport reservation to update or add additional bookings.

Users can add additional reservations and associated bookings by clicking
to select the associated airport and begin the reservation process.→ Creating a New Reservation - FBO Users
Note: Use the Search field and/or sort the columns to easily locate the airport when performing a selection for large listings of Multi-Airport locations.

All updated and new reservations made will be reflected on the All Locations Reservation Schedule as well as on the Schedule screen of that specific airport location.

Revert back to a specific airport schedule by selecting Setup > Switch Location to view the listing of individual Airport locations.
