'Make a Reservation' Button - FBO Users

Create your unique FBO reservation button and add it to your website, emails and marketing outreach.

Offer your customers the convenience of electronic reservations with a customized 'Make a Reservation' button that can be added to your FBO website as well as your company email signatures.

Customers have the option to submit a reservation as a Guest or they can create a FlightBridge profile which retains their contact info, aircraft registration and loyalty numbers to streamline making reservations at your FBO or wherever they may be flying.

Your front desk will receive a notification email and will see the reservations automatically populate on your concierge schedule.

'Make a Reservation' Button Best practices

  • Place the reservation button near the top of your home page
  • Include online reservations everywhere you list your phone number and communicate with your customers
  • Use it in your marketing material for special events and weekly fuel price update blast emails
  • Have each employee set it under their email signature
  • Ask us about setting up affiliation links for multi airport FBO networks. Customers can select an airport from a drop down - great for promoting more than one location

Setting up the 'Make a Reservation' Button

  1. Go to Setup > Reservation Setup on the blue nav bar within your FlightBridge account.

  2. Here you will find the Reservation URL and the HTML Code.

  3. Toggle between the button styles and select Generate Button to see a preview.

  4. Select Copy Button to Clipboard to be able to paste the Button where you would like to apply it.

  5. Contact FlightBridge Support if you require assistance with setting up and using your unique FBO reservation button.

Pilot View

Below is an example of the screen a Pilot user would see after clicking on the 'Make a Reservation' Button for your FBO. The Pilot can send pertinent details such as aircraft information and how long they plan to stay. They also have the option to select from a list of available services at your FBO and request for the FBO to arrange bookings such as hotel rooms, rental cars, limousines and catering.

Info: Pilots that create a FlightBridge pilot account have the option to self book hotel rooms, rental cars, catering, ground transportation and other additional airport services as well as receive real-time updates on the status of services.
