Manage "Delivered" Status of Booked Services - FBO Users

You can easily communicate the "Delivered" status of services with any Operator via FlightBridge

FBOs can provide elevated customer service by giving visibility of the delivered status for rental cars, catering, ground transportation, and airport service bookings with their client. 

Managing the “Delivered” status of booked services can be performed via the FlightBridge reservation or by utilizing the Reporting screens for “Rental Car Deliveries” and “All Deliveries.” 

Within the FlightBridge Linked Reservation made by FlightBridge using Operator

  1. Open the reservation and locate the “Confirmed” booking(s).
     
  2. Utilize the drop-down selector in the status field to select and apply the “Delivered” status. 


     
  3. Booked Services that have a status of “Delivered” are displayed in Blue on the FBO reservation and schedule.




     
  4. The FlightBridge using Operator will also see the booked service with “Delivered” status within their account views. 



Within the FlightBridge Reservation made by FlightBridge using FBO

Ability to send a Rental “Delivered” status notification email to the associated “Contact Person” assigned to the reservation. 

  1. Open the reservation and verify the “Contact Person” associated with the reservation has an Email stored.
     
  2. Locate the “Confirmed” rental booking(s) and select the associated Confirmation number.


     
  3. Select the checkbox for the associated rental and the button to display the pop-up box that will prompt you to enter your name.


     
  4. Select  “Save Status”  to generate the email to the associated contact that their rental is “Delivered."

  5. The rental booking will then have a status of “Delivered” and will be displayed in Blue on the FBO reservation and schedule.




     

Within “Rental Car Deliveries” Reporting

  1.  Select Reporting > Rental Car Deliveries from the menu bar.


     
  2. Enter a Start Date / Time and End Date / Time 
     
  3. Select Exclude a Rental Chain to refine the search parameters optionally.
     
  4. Select Search to generate all rental deliveries booked via FlightBridge for the time frame.


     
  5. Select to display the pop-up box that will prompt you to enter your name.


     
  6. Select  “Save Status”  to generate the email to the associated contact that their rental is “Delivered."
     
  7. The rental booking will then have a status of “Delivered” and will be displayed in Blue on the FBO reservation and schedule.
     

    Info: FBOs are also eligible to receive an auto-generated rental report , containing a summary of all upcoming rentals booked through FlightBridge, via email notification. To request your FBO be set to start receiving this autogenerated rental report, contact support@flightbridge.com.

     

Within “All Deliveries” Reporting 

  1. Select Reporting > All Deliveries from the menu bar.


     
  2. Enter a Start Date / Time and End Date / Time 
     
  3. Select Exclude a Rental Chain to refine the search parameters optionally.
     
  4. Select Search to generate all deliveries booked via FlightBridge for the time frame. 


     
  5. Select to display the pop-up box that will prompt you to enter your name.


     
  6. Select  “Save Status”  to generate the email to the associated contact that their booking is “Delivered."

  7. The booking will then have a status of “Delivered” and will be displayed in Blue on the FBO reservation and schedule.
