Standard Notes & Attachments save time and reduce errors when replying to customers and vendors.
- Communicate changes to operating hours, policies, procedures or requirements
- Respond to arrival notifications with standardized greetings
- Provide pricing and minimum uplift requirements
- Include information regarding cleaning and safety procedures
- Send updated requirements or request procedure details with Catering and Car Service vendors
Follow the below steps to create a list of Standard Notes for your FBO.
- Click on Setup > Notes to access the Standard Notes screen and edit an existing note.
- You can select to create a new standard note.
- Once a standard note has been created, your team can add it to customer and vendor communications where the button appears. If needed, you can edit the text before sending it.
- Add attachments to customer and vendor communications where the button appears.
