Standard Notes & Attachments save time and reduce errors when replying to customers and vendors.
- Communicate changes to operating hours, policies, procedures or requirements

Alert: The ability to create Standard Notes is only accessible by FBO Users with Admin permissions.
Follow the below steps to create a list of Standard Notes for your FBO.
- Click on Setup > Notes to access the Standard Notes screen.
- You can edit current Standard Notes or click
to create a new one.

Info: Multi-Airport FBO/Handler Users with permissions set as "allow access to all airports" are able to assign notes to display at all airports or only at specific airport locations.
- Once a standard note has been created, your team can add them to customer and vendor communications where the
button appears. You will have the ability to edit the text prior to sending if needed.
