Standard Notes & Attachments - FBO Users

FBO Users can add Standard Notes & Attachments to Customer response emails and communications with vendors

Standard Notes & Attachments save time and reduce errors when replying to customers and vendors. 

  • Communicate changes to operating hours, policies, procedures or requirements
  • Respond to arrival notifications with standardized greetings
  • Provide pricing and minimum uplift requirements
  • Include information regarding cleaning and safety procedures
  • Send updated requirements or request procedure details with Catering and Car Service vendors

AlertThe ability to create Standard Notes is only accessible by FBO Users with Admin permissions.

Follow the below steps to create a list of Standard Notes for your FBO.

  1. Click on SetupNotes to access the Standard Notes screen.


  2. You can edit current Standard Notes or click  to create a new one.

Info: Multi-Airport FBO/Handler Users with permissions set as "allow access to all airports" are able to assign notes to display at all airports or only at specific airport locations. 

  1. Once a standard note has been created, your team can add them to customer and vendor communications where the  button appears. You will have the ability to edit the text prior to sending if needed.


  2. Add attachments to customer and vendor communications where the  button appears.

Attachments

  • Send notifications with important notes and marketing materials included
  • Attach catering orders as files instead of adding items individually
  • Keep customers informed by providing details about upcoming events and promotions
  • Use  to Browse files (or Drag and Drop a file) to keep customers and vendors in the loop
