Add, Edit and Delete an Aircraft - Operator Users

Learn how to add, edit and delete aircraft associated with your Operator or Private Pilot account

Follow the steps below to add, edit or delete an aircraft or associated with your account.

Alert: The ability to add, edit or delete aircraft within a FlightBridge Operator account is only accessible by Users with Admin permissions. Please reach out to your company's account administrator or contact FlightBridge Support for additional assistance.

Add an Aircraft

  • Integrated Operator Accounts - The new aircraft/tail number will flow into FlightBridge through the integration with your scheduling software when a new trip is scheduled or an existing trip is changed.

  • Non-Integrated Operator Accounts - On the blue menu bar, select Setup > Aircraft and then click on +Add Aircraft.


    Fill out the necessary fields and click Save once complete.


  • Private Pilot Accounts - Select Add Aircraft from the New Reservation screen.


    From there you will be able to add a tail number, aircraft type and callsign. Select Save Changes once completed.

Edit and Delete an Aircraft

  • Integrated Operator Accounts - An update to an aircraft type associated with an existing tail number will flow into FlightBridge through the integration with your scheduling software when a new trip is scheduled or an existing trip is changed. However, if you need to remove an aircraft from your aircraft listing within FlightBridge, follow the below steps.

  • Non-Integrated Operator Accounts - On the blue menu bar, select Setup > Aircraft to access the list of aircraft associated with your account. Click on a tail number to edit or delete the aircraft. Click Save once complete.


  • Private Pilot Accounts - Select Edit Aircraft from the New Reservation screen.


    Click Delete Tail. A message will appear asking if you are sure you wish to delete this aircraft, select Delete.
