Email Confirmation to the Traveler
Email confirmations may be generated to the traveler by checking the calendar icon at the time of booking. This selection will become a preference setting so that each time you book a service for this traveler going forward, the confirmation email will be auto generated unless the box is unchecked on a subsequent booking. You will be prompted to add and store the email address if one does not already exist on the profile.
The calendar setting may also be added or adjusted within the traveler profile at any time by an administrator on the account.
Manage Order CC Emails
Within the company preferences under the setup menu, an administrator can set a group email or administrator email to receive a copy of all booking confirmations of that order type. Currently only one email may be entered per order type and all orders booked by any user for any traveler will be copied to that email.
Order Confirmation Emails to the Booker
Every user can manage confirmation emails to themselves for orders that they book for themselves or on behalf of others. Under Setup>My Account you can select the checkbox next to the order types for which you wish to receive confirmation emails. Additionally, you can copy multiple additional contacts for each booking that you make under additional contacts. These settings will apply to all new bookings after the changes are saved.
Send Confirmation Email After Booking is Complete
There may be instances where you want to forward a copy of a booking confirmation email at a later time after the booking has been completed. Navigate to the booking details page by clicking on the confirmation number. Then click the email icon to open the Send Booking Confirmation window, enter an email address and click Send.
