Watchlist - Operator Users

Utilize the Watchlist to view services that have not yet been confirmed by a provider

Email generated service requests that have not yet been acknowledged by the service provider will show up in your Watchlist on the top right side of the blue menu bar.

Email generated service requests that could appear in the Watchlist include:

  • Catering Requests
  • Limousine Requests
  • FBO Notifications
  • Airport Services


  1. Click on the Watchlist to view the service requests pending a reply from the service provider.



  2. Click on the service request to view details.



  3. You can choose to call the service provider and request for them to view and acknowledge the emailed request or you can confirm the reservation with them over the phone.



  4. If you confirm the reservation or service request over the phone, click on and manually select a Fulfillment Status.



  5. The "Set Fulfillment Status" screen will appear prompting you to enter details such as a confirmation number and any notes you may wish to record.



  6. Select once you have entered in the details of the fulfillment status.

  7. The status will reflect accordingly within your trip listing.



  8. Click on the confirmation number to view the details of the fulfillment notes.



  9. Once the status is updated to confirmed or acknowledged, it will no longer show on the Watchlist.

Note: The status can be quickly updated from the Watchlist by clicking on the Fulfillment Status and entering the update in the pop up box, or by opening the reservation details and editing the fulfillment status there.
