The Skylegs integration with FlightBridge enables operators to book and manage travel related services with minimal data entry. Users can coordinate services such as hotel rooms, rental cars, catering, ground transportation, as well as notify FBOs of arrivals/departures and service needs through FlightBridge.
In order to activate the Skylegs / FlightBridge integration please follow the steps below.
Alert: An Operator code is required and will be provided to the Operator by FlightBridge. Please contact support@flightbridge.com and support@skylegs.com to request the integration to be activated.
In Skylegs, go to the System module on the bottom left side of the platform.
Next, click on Organisation settings and select the Integrations tab.
Enter the 3 digit Operator code inside FlightBridge's panel.
- Select Save at the bottom right corner of the page.
After the Integration has been successfully enabled, all current and future trips should sync automatically from Skylegs to FlightBridge. Changes to these trips will also sync across to FlightBridge. Info - The Skylegs/FlightBridge integration runs on a timed interval. It can take up to five minutes for a trip to appear within FlightBridge after it is built or changes are made in Skylegs.
To easily retrieve booking confirmations from FlightBridge, you can access the leg notes summary from the trip listing to quickly copy and paste the details.
