Hamilton AI’s integration with FlightBridge allows operators to easily request and manage a wide range of travel services with minimal manual input. Through a streamlined workflow, users can arrange hotel accommodations, rental vehicles, commercial airline tickets, catering, and ground transportation, as well as notify FBOs of arrivals, departures, and specific service requirements—all within FlightBridge. Once services are requested, confirmation details are automatically synced back into Hamilton AI, where they are stored in your trip notes and displayed on trip sheets for easy reference.
Activating the Integration
In order to activate the integration, please reach out to FlightBridge Support to begin the setup process. Once account setup is complete, FlightBridge will assign a unique Operator Code.
A company administrator on the Hamilton AI account may set up the integration with FlightBridge through the Organization Settings.

Booking Services through Integration


Order details will sync back into Hamilton AI.
Changes to existing trips will require the user to click on Update Trip, confirm the changes, then select Publish to sync with FlightBridge.
