myairops flight Integration - Operator Users

Operators using myairops flight for scheduling can activate the integration with FlightBridge

The myairops flight integration with FlightBridge enables operators to book and manage travel-related services with minimal data entry. Users can coordinate services such as hotel rooms, rental cars, catering, ground transportation, as well as notify the FBOs of arrivals/departures and service needs through FlightBridge.

Activating the Integration

In order to activate the integration, please reach out to FlightBridge Support to begin the setup process. Once account setup is complete, FlightBridge will assign a unique Operator Code. Administrators in the mao flight account have access to activate the integration.

From the calendar view in mao, select integration from the left nav, then travel management, then FlightBridge.

For each booking type you will be arranging in FlightBridge, we need to map the notes fields appropriately.

  1. Select +New
  2. Select the FlightBridge note type (Crew Arrival Hotel)
  3. Select the corresponding Flight Static Note (Crew Hotel) and Save
  4. Continue to add each note type in the same manner until all notes are mapped.
  5. Add the FlightBridge buyer code in the Operator Code box
  6. Allow default "Flight Contact Number" to remain selected unless otherwise directed by mao or the customer
  7. Toggle Crew and Pax to enabled (unless you will not book pax services and wish to keep pax disabled)

You will also need to activate each static note that you wish to populate on your Movement screen. Go to Settings>Notes Configuration>Movements to begin. Some fields may already be selected, as this may have been completed during initial account setup. Additional notes fields such as Crew Hotel, Pax Catering, etc. must be toggled on if you want to display those dispatch notes on your movement screen and in turn, populate them on the trip sheets. Big Save after toggling.

Booking Services through Integration

  1. Create trips in myairops flight and the trip details will automatically push to FlightBridge. Each time a trip or leg edit is saved, updated trip data will be passed through the integration to FlightBridge.

  2. Log into your FlightBridge account at www.flightbridge.com with your email address and password to begin booking services on your trips. Select Add departure service or Add arrival service to book hotels, rental cars, catering, ground transportation and airport related services. Select Notify next to the respective FBO you wish to notify of your aircraft's arrival/departure along with any services requests needed. Click here to learn more → Booking Services and Notifying FBOs

  3. Confirmation notes will flow back into the Sectors tab in your notes, as well as the Dispatch Notes tab under your Movement details.

Info: Trips existing prior to activation will not auto sync. A manual edit must be made to one of the following fields on the existing trip to initiate trip sync: Flight Number, Airport, Aircraft, Depart/Arrive Time, FBO/Handler, Add or Remove a Pax or Crew. Once a save has been made with any of these changes, the trip will sync with FlightBridge. Any newly created trips will auto sync.
