A timed out session may be the cause of site crashing, errors and website slowness. We suggest having Users log out at the end of the day and logging back in at the start of the day to refresh sessions during periods of inactivity.

If you have forgotten your password or need assistance with unlocking your account, please reference the following: Logging In - All Users.
We suggest completely closing the internet browser and starting a new session and then using the following Log Off link to ensure your old session is completely logged off: https://www.flightbridge.com/Account/LogOff
If that does not correct the issue, you can try logging in via a different web browser to see if this helps.
System Performance
We recommend verifying that multiple instances of FlightBridge are not running in the background. If FlightBridge is open in more than one browser, slowness can occur.
Utilize the following Log Off link to ensure you are completely logged off of all sessions that may be running in the background: https://www.flightbridge.com/Account/LogOff
Network Connectivity
Rule out your internet connection performance by performing a Speed Test, i.e. search "Speed Test" in your Google search bar to find the option to "Run Speed Test."
