Charter and Go Integration - Operator Users

Operators using Charter and Go as their scheduling software can activate the integration with FlightBridge

The Charter and Go integration with FlightBridge enables operators to request and manage various travel related services with minimal data entry. Users can coordinate services such as hotel rooms, rental cars, airline, catering, ground transportation as well as notify the FBOs of arrivals/departures, service needs, etc. through FlightBridge. Confirmation details for service orders will flow back into your notes in Charter and Go and be viewable on your trip sheets.

Activating the Integration

In order to activate the integration, please reach out to to FlightBridge Support to begin the setup process. Once account setup is complete, FlightBridge will assign a unique Operator Code. The Charter and Go support team will activate the integration with the code that our team supplies.

A company administrator on the Charter and Go account may set permissions for the details that are shared with FlightBridge through the integration.  Access the FlightBridge Configuration settings under the Business Profile to make your selections.


 

Booking Services through Integration

Users will have a direct login to FlightBridge to access all booking features at https://www.flightbridge.com/Account/LogIn.  FlightBridge can also be accessed via quick links found in the Charter and Go Tracker screens under the FBO and Crew Accommodation tabs.
 
These buttons will launch the single trip view of FlightBridge for quick access to booking trip related services on the trip you are currently working.  Use the Select FBO link to add an FBO for each departure and arrival airport.  Select Add departure service or Add arrival service to book hotels, rental cars, airline, catering and ground transportation.  Select Notify for the respective FBO notification you wish to send to notify the FBO or your arrival/departure along with any service requests needed.   Click here to learn more → Booking Services and Notifying FBOs
 
 
Order details will sync back into the notes field in Charter and Go and will be viewable on your trip sheet.

 

Note: Charter and Go starts syncing only new or changed flights after integration is activated.
