Book Now FBO - Operator Users

Create and submit FBO notifications

Follow the steps below to quickly create and submit FBO notifications by using the Book Now FBO feature. If you've already built a trip and need to add an FBO notification, view the step-by-step guide here.

Info: The FBO Book Now button is only visible for Aircraft Operator Users currently using the Trip Editor function instead of a scheduling system integration to build their trips within FlightBridge.

  1. To begin, click on the FBO Book Now tile.


  2. Fill out the information required for Step 1: Airport, Aircraft, FBO selection. Click Continue.


  3. Fill out the information required in Step 2: Arrival Date and Time. Other details such as Crew/Pax count, arriving from/to airports and departure date/time can be added but are not required. Click Create FBO Notification.


  4.  On the Arrival FBO Notification screen, you will have the opportunity to request additional services and type in a personalized message regarding your arrival. See below for further details.


     The FBO will receive your contact details, tail number, aircraft type, number of passengers/crew and departure date/time (if selected on the previous screen).
    Type in any questions/info you have for the FBO regarding your arrival. You can choose from previously created Standard Notes to save time.
    If you select to share your crew and/or passenger manifest on arrival and/or departure, the names of the travelers will be made visible to the recipient FBO. Traveler names will be associated with the FBO Arrival Notification by booking services such as hotel rooms and rental cars.     Add a pull up lead time in minutes for the FBO to be made aware of the time you would like your aircraft pulled on the line.
     Select from Available Services at this FBO. The selected services will move to the "Your Requested Services" section.
     Enter any notes that pertain to the service selected. Click on  to remove a service from the list of Your Requested Services.
    You will have the option to choose FBO Arrange or Self-Service upon selecting services such as Hotel, Catering, Car Rental, Arrival Limo or Departure Limo. You can begin your booking or order directly from this screen. Once your booking is complete, click to return to the FBO Notification screen.
    Select the Notify FBO button to submit your Arrival Notification.
    Select Discard Notification to delete the Arrival Notification.
     The Status History will display when the order was created, submitted, changed, cancelled and by whom.

  5.  After you select to notify the FBO, a confirmation screen will appear. Click Yes to proceed with sending the FBO notification or No to go back.



  6.  Once the Arrival Notification is submitted to the FBO, you will be brought to the Active and Upcoming Trip screen. Here you will see the Arrival FBO Notification you just submitted along with any service orders you created.


  7. You have the option add/edit leg information on the "Trip" by clicking Actions > Edit Trip as well as adding arrival or departure services as needed. Click here to learn more   Trip Editor: An Overview
