Operator Users can Modify or Cancel Catering or Car Services Orders after a Vendor has Acknowledged

Modify Catering or Car Service Order

Trip changes often occur after orders are confirmed by a catering or car service vendor.  You may use the Edit button on the trip listing to enter the order modification screen and send updated order details to the vendor.

In your car service order, make your necessary edits, such as adding notes and adding additional stops, like in the example below.  Once completed, select Save Changes and Notify Vendor to submit your change request.

In your catering order, you may use the add/edit/delete action buttons to edit quantities or notes or add/delete line items for added or removed passengers.

You may also use the edit button by the traveler name to add specific notes about the traveler's dietary restrictions or preferences, which are stored to the profile when you save.  Once all changes are completed, select Save Changes and Notify Vendor to submit your change request.  

Request Information and Request History within the notification are updated to reflect the change request and new confirmation by the vendor.

Cancel Catering or Car Service Order

Some trip changes such as an airport arrival change or a leg cancellation, may require a confirmed service to be cancelled.  Simply click the Cancel button next to the order, then confirm you want to cancel on the pop up, and your cancel request will be sent to the vendor.  You may still access order details and history by clicking the confirmation number link.
