Trip Checklist - Operator Users

Operator Users can update statuses and notes on custom checklist items and begin bookings from the trip checklist

The trip checklist page allows users to add notes, edit statuses, begin bookings and view history all from one comprehensive page.  Each checklist item is viewable on this page, arranged by category and color coded to show statuses.

Info: Checklist items and categories are customizable based on the details that each work group needs to view. For example, Client Services may need items pertaining specifically to passengers, while Operations may need items pertaining to pre-departure checks like weather, NOTAMs, FRAT analysis, etc.


Accessing the Trip Checklist

  1. From you trip listing, you can click Actions > View Trip Checklist.

  2. From the schedule view, click anywhere on the leg that is not a colored tile.


Utilizing the Trip Checklist

  1. Add Trip notes on any leg and they will display in the header of each leg of the trip.

  2. Add Airport notes for departure and arrival - these notes will be stored and automatically display each time you arrive or depart from this location in the future. These notes are also accessible from Setup > Airport Notes.

  3. Add leg notes with information pertaining to the leg overall.

  4. Click the notepad icon to open the notes field for each checklist item.

  5. Use the status dropdown to manually update statuses.

  6. For service related checklist items, click the "Add Rental Car" button to access the booking page and begin your booking.

  7. Use the paperclip icon to add attachments.

  8. Use the clock icon to access the history with date, time and user stamp of updates to the issue.
