Hotel cancellation policies vary based on rate negotiations and room type selected. You may see multiple different cancellation policies at one property based on the room type/rate type selected and how the hotel has entered the information to be displayed for online booking. Please note that FlightBridge is unable to update or change cancellation policies. This change will need to be done directly by the property in the GDS systems.
