Go Rentals Reservations

Easily book rentals cars with Go Rentals for crew members and passengers

Follow the steps in this article to learn how to book rental cars with Go Rentals.

  1. Begin your rental car booking by following the steps in our Booking Rental Cars - Operator Users or Booking Rental Cars - FBO Users article.

  2. On the Rental Car Order screen, select Go Rentals as the rental provider. Select the driver from the list or click +Add new driver to add one. If this is the first time booking for this traveler, enter their Driver's License and Phone Number into the field as shown below.


  3. Next, click on Select Vehicle.

  4. You'll see a list of vehicle types this location has to offer. As there is currently not a direct connect between FlightBridge and Go Rentals, pricing will not be visible and availability is not guaranteed at time of booking.


  5. To pass along a note regarding special pricing or a special request, click Options next to the rental car selection and type your message within the Special Request Notes section. Click Save once finished.  


  6. Click Create reservation(s) to complete the booking.

Aircraft Operators - Awaiting Response from Go Rentals VIP Services

  1. The reservation will be submitted to the Go Rentals VIP Services Team and you will see the Confirmation field display as "NOT YET CONFIRMED" as these reservations are not confirmed instantly.  


  2. The Go Rentals VIP Services Team will contact you directly with any questions, which may include substitutions for car class if your originally requested option is not available.

  3. The Fulfillment Status will update accordingly to Confirmed or Declined, based on the response from Go Rentals. If the order is confirmed, a confirmation number will be included. The requestor of the rental car reservation will also receive an email notifying them of the status update and response from Go Rentals.



FBOs - Awaiting Response from Go Rentals Branch

  1.  The reservation will be submitted to the Go Rentals Branch and you will see the Confirmation field display as "NOT YET CONFIRMED" as these reservations are not confirmed instantly.  


  2. The Go Rentals Branch will contact you directly with any questions, which may include substitutions for car class if your originally requested option is not available.

  3. The Fulfillment Status will update accordingly to Confirmed or Declined, based on the response from Go Rentals. If the order is confirmed, a confirmation number will be included. The requestor of the rental car reservation will also receive an email notifying them of the status update and response from Go Rentals.
