Easily cancel a trip made through the Trip Editor

To Cancel a Trip using the Trip Editor

Note:  This option isn't available for trips imported from your scheduling system.  All trip cancelations must be made using the trip's original source system. 

Starting on the Trip Listing page ...

  1. find the trip on the page, ...

  2. choose the Actions > Cancel Trip option on the right side in line with the trip.



  3. If you're working from your main Schedule View, select the leg and choose the gear icon > Cancel Trip option.


  4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm you want to cancel, or No to abandon.


  5. Once cancelled, you'll be taken back to the Trip Listing page or to your main Schedule View. If there were no active orders on the trip, then it will simply disappear.

Info: If there are active orders on the trip, then the trip will be highlighted in red and noted as Cancelled. You can then handle each order on the trip as needed:
